Designed for compatible Festool cordless drills equipped with the FastFix interface, this compact attachment offsets the bit holder from the machine spindle so that screws and suitable drilling accessories can be positioned much closer to an adjoining surface than with a conventional chuck. Installation is quick and secure through the FastFix interface and bayonet lock. The attachment angle can then be adjusted simply by rotating the green ring, without removing or releasing the EX-UNI from the machine. A lockable 1/4-inch bit holder with ball-clamp retention grips compatible screwdriver bits and CENTROTEC accessories securely, helping prevent them from falling out during installation and assembly work.

Extra Information

The EX-UNI is compatible with the Festool CXS 12, TXS 12, CXS 18, TXS 18, TPC 18/4, TDC 18/4, C 18 and T 18 models equipped with the FastFix holder.
It is not suitable for earlier CXS and TXS machines that do not use the specified compatible FastFix connection.
The attachment angle can be changed without releasing or removing the attachment from the cordless drill.
The lockable holder accepts compatible 1/4-inch bits and suitable CENTROTEC drilling and screwdriving accessories.
The maximum specified screw size in softwood is 6 x 100mm.
The maximum practical fastener size and drilling capability also depend on the connected machine, accessory and material.
The cordless drill, battery pack, charger, screwdriver bit and drilling accessories are not included.

How to Use

Remove the battery pack from the cordless drill before fitting the attachment.
Remove any chuck or FastFix accessory already installed on the machine.
