Tork Craft TCT Saw Blade 250 × 80T 30/1/20mm TCG Positive

Heading: 250 mm diameter, 80 precision-ground teeth, 30/1/20 mm bore — engineered for high finish on board and laminate materials

The Tork Craft TCPR25080LM is a large-format 250 mm diameter tungsten-carbide tipped (TCT) circular saw blade featuring 80 teeth and a TCG (Trapezoidal Carbide Geometry) positive hook design — making it ideal for board goods, laminated panels, plywood, MDF, veneered boards and light hardwoods where surface finish is critical.

With bore options (30 mm nominal with reducing ring(s) for 20 mm and 1 mm variant as listed) it can be used on a wide range of large-capacity portable circular saws, table saws or track saw systems. The high tooth count yields smoother edges, fewer chips and less need for sanding or rework — yet maintains job-site suitable throughput in professional or industrial use.

Industrial quality range

As part of the Industrial line from Tork Craft, this blade is built to perform reliably under frequent use in workshops or job-site environments where panel cutting, laminated board work and repeated jobs demand durability and consistent cut quality.

Extra Information

  • Recommended for cutting wide laminated panels, veneered boards, plywood/MDF sheet goods, joinery carcass panels and general board-based timber tasks where edge quality is important.
  • Suitable for use on portable circular saws, large table saws, track systems or mitre saws that accept 250 mm diameter blades and a compatible arbor size via reducing ring.
  • For high gloss surfaces or furniture-grade melamine with extremely low edge damage, consider blades with even higher tooth counts (80-100T+) or dedicated scoring blades.
  • Keep the blade clean from resin, adhesive and board dust build-up — this is especially important on board goods to maintain finish quality and extend carbide tip life.

Pro Tip

  • When cutting laminated panels or sheet goods, place the face side down (so the saw cuts from below), use a sacrificial backer board on the off-cut side and run a steady feed rate. The 80-tooth blade will yield very clean edges with minimal breakout if the setup is correct and the sheet is well supported.

Features

  • 250 mm TCT circular saw blade — large diameter for full sheet or wide board cutting, longer passes and high capacity.
  • 80-tooth TCG positive geometry — high tooth count with trapezoidal carbide tips offer smooth edge finish and reduce tear-out on surface-facing materials.
  • 30/1/20 mm bore configuration — multi-arbor compatibility to fit different saw arbor sizes via reducing rings or sleeve options.
  • Tungsten-carbide tipped teeth — built for durability, longer life and consistent performance in demanding cutting tasks.
  • Optimised for board & laminate cutting — designed for tasks where appearance of the cut edge matters as much as the cut speed.

Benefits

  • Cleaner, smoother edges: The 80-tooth configuration reduces chip-out and visible damage on sheet goods, laminates, veneered boards and soft hardwoods — reducing finish work.
  • Large format capability: The 250 mm diameter means you can make full-depth cuts across wide boards, sheet panels and long runs, increasing productivity.
  • Versatile tool compatibility: The bore configuration allows fitment on multiple arbor sizes, meaning one blade suits several saws — reducing blade inventory.
  • Durable for professional use: Industrial-grade build means less frequent blade changes and more consistent performance in workshop or job-site conditions.

Safety

  • Wear appropriate eye, ear and dust protection when cutting sheet goods or timber.
  • Disconnect the saw from power before fitting, adjusting or removing the blade.
  • Ensure the blade is securely mounted, running true and is rated for the saw’s diameter and maximum RPM.
  • Use guards, fences and supports at all times; keep hands clear of the blade’s cutting path.
  • Allow the blade to reach full speed before entering the cut and wait for it to stop completely before removing the workpiece.
