The Tork Craft TC08437 Mini Flap Wheel is a compact rotary tool sanding and finishing accessory designed for smooth, controlled surface refinement in smaller areas. With its 29.5mm wheel diameter, 9.5mm working width and 120 grit abrasive flaps, it is ideal for blending, smoothing, shaping and finishing contours, edges and profiles where larger sanding tools are too bulky. The flexible flap construction allows the abrasive to follow curved and uneven surfaces while continuously exposing fresh abrasive during use. This makes it a practical choice for DIY, contractor, fabrication, modelling, crafting, sign-making and fine woodworking applications.

The TC08437 forms part of the Tork Craft mini flap wheel range. It is designed for use with a compatible mini rotary tool and offers a smooth, controlled finish on wood, metal, plastic and other materials when used at the correct speed.

Pro Tips

  • Use 120 grit for smoothing and finishing after heavier 80 grit sanding.
  • Keep the flap wheel moving across the workpiece to avoid heat build-up and uneven sanding marks.
  • Do not force the wheel into the material. Light pressure gives better control and a cleaner finish.
  • Replace the flap wheel once the abrasive flaps become worn, clogged or stop cutting evenly.

How to Use

  • Fit the 3.2mm shank into the compatible mini rotary tool collet or chuck.
  • Tighten the collet securely and check that the flap wheel is firmly held.
