Tork Craft Drill Bit — HSS 19.0 mm Reduced Shank

Heavy-duty 19.0 mm high-speed steel (HSS) drill bit with a reduced shank to allow compatibility with chucks that cannot grip full diameter bits. Ideal for creating large bore holes in metals, plastics and general workshop materials.

Extra Information

  • Ensure the chuck fully grips the reduced shank section to prevent slipping
  • Use correct RPM and feed rate for material (lower speed for steel)
  • Withdraw periodically during deep cuts to clear chips and reduce heat

Pro Tip

  • Start with a smaller pilot hole (~10 mm) to guide the 19.0 mm bit more cleanly
  • Always check run-out after mounting reduced-shank bits to avoid drift at large diameter
