How to Use

Mark the side and base components according to the required finished corner-joint position.
Confirm that the panel thickness is between 18mm and 28mm.
Fit the appropriate 8mm cutter to the compatible DOMINO joining machine.
Set the routing depth to 15mm and cut the connector mortise in the side component.
Set the routing depth to 28mm and cut the corresponding mortise in the base component.
Position a compatible connector drilling template over the base-panel mortise.
Drill the required 15mm access hole to the specified position and depth.
Remove all routing and drilling dust from the prepared mortises and access hole.
Insert the split anchor and its associated connector component into the side-panel mortise.
Install the plastic tray, cross anchor and threaded pin in the prepared base component.
Insert the M4 bolt and confirm that it engages correctly with the threaded connector.
Bring the furniture components together while ensuring that their edges and faces remain aligned.
Access the connector through the 15mm drilled hole and tighten the bolt gradually.
Continue tightening until the joint is firmly closed and the furniture components are flush.
Fit a suitable optional cover cap over the access hole where required.
To dismantle the furniture, loosen the bolt through the access hole and separate the components carefully.
