• The 27 mm dust extraction connection allows connection to a suitable Festool dust extractor where dust control is required.
• For best cordless performance, use compatible Festool 18 V battery packs suited to the application.

Safety

• Wear eye, ear and dust protection when cutting insulation materials.
• Use the correct cutting set for the material being cut.
• Remove the battery pack before changing cutting sets, fitting accessories or cleaning the tool.
• Make sure the cutting set is correctly fitted and locked before starting the saw.
• Keep hands clear of the cutting set and cutting line during operation.
• Support the insulation material properly so it does not shift, compress or tear during cutting.
• Use dust extraction and suitable respiratory protection when cutting materials that create dust or loose fibres.
• Do not force the saw through the material; use a steady feed rate for cleaner cutting.
