The Tork Craft TC08429 Mini Sanding Sleeve pack is designed for detailed sanding, shaping, smoothing and surface preparation with a compatible 12.7mm mini sanding drum. These 60 grit sanding sleeves are ideal for more aggressive material removal, making them perfect for shaping wood, smoothing rough edges, cleaning contours, removing surface imperfections and preparing small workpieces before moving to finer grits. Their compact cylindrical format makes them especially useful for curves, holes, inside edges, profiles and tight areas where larger sanding tools cannot reach. A practical accessory for DIY, contractor, fabrication, modelling, crafting, engraving, sign-making and fine woodworking applications.

Coarse mini sanding sleeves for controlled rotary tool sanding

The TC08429 forms part of the Tork Craft mini sanding drum and sleeve range. Designed for use with a compatible 12.7mm sanding drum, these 60 grit sleeves are well suited to fast shaping, rough sanding and surface clean-up before moving to medium or fine grit sleeves for finishing.

How to Use

  • Loosen the screw on the compatible 12.7mm sanding drum if required.
  • Slide the sanding sleeve fully over the rubber sanding drum.
  • Tighten the sanding drum so the sleeve is held securely in place.
  • Fit the sanding drum shank into a compatible mini rotary tool collet or chuck.
  • Select the correct speed for the material being sanded.
  • Put on the correct safety gear, including eye protection, hearing protection and a dust mask or respirator.
  • Sand with light, steady pressure while keeping the drum moving over the workpiece.
